 🛍️ Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You      received a damaged, defective, or wrong product Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. 

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
• The product must be unused, with original packaging intact

• A clear unboxing video
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue 

💸 Refunds

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Shipping or gateway fees are non-refundable

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Used or tampered products
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Claims made without an unboxing video
